Our Special Projects team is comprised of a highly capable bunch of committed Clark Builders people who love to build smaller projects which typically range from about $20,000 to about $1,500,000 in value. As with all of our projects, this team is game to perform this work under Design/Build, Construction Management, or Lump Sum tender form of contract. Much of the time, we provide direction during the first meeting to advise which contractual model will best suit the project parameters.
We invite you to review several of our Special Projects. In many cases the scope of these projects is interior improvements, such as Tenant Improvements. Interior improvements may include: new office layouts, demising walls, upgrades or updates such as painting and/or flooring. As well, this team is also able to perform exterior improvements, such as commercial loading docks, new commercial glazing systems and/or covered walkways.
