Mauro Zorzetto joined Clark Builders just in time to supervise one of its high profile projects: transforming Edmonton's historic Hudson Bay building into a downtown campus for the University of Alberta. "I came because of their reputation and the way they handle things and the abundance of work," he says. Why does he stay? "I could tell you a million things," he replies, then names a few: "They care. They respect employees. They're very family oriented." The company has a way of fostering a friendly, close-knit, positive, hardworking culture that encourages individuals to pull together for the team, he says. "When you work with a company that looks after you, you look after them."
