Working for a recruitment agency, Ron had contact with various construction clients. He was amazed by the number of applicants who wanted to get a foot in the Clark Builders door. After helping others do just that for eight years, Ron had seen enough of the Clark Builders culture to want the same for himself. Joining the Clark Builders team in spring 2006, Ron couldn't be happier. "The moment I walked in the front door, I knew it was the right move," he recalls. "Yes, they build buildings, but at the end of the day, it's the people who make the difference. It's the entrepreneurial spirit, and the way they grow and groom staff for the future." He still feels like a kid in a candy store, he says. "It sounds corny, but I'm telling you, I feel fortunate to be working here. Clark Builders is an awesome organization."
