The office portion of the project comprises a two storey conventional steel building with smart technology throughout. Clark Builders' industrial team showcased its experience with sustainable projects as this project features many benefits for its users including lots of natural light through curtainwall glass and clerestory over main corridors and the building's central stairwell. Enveloped in acrylic stucco and metal panels, the facility also features a commercial kitchen with lunchroom.
The maintenance/warehouse portion of the project is a pre-engineered Butler building with shadow wall exterior siding. Both are connected though a conventional steel link.
