This innovative project consists of two buildings connected by an agora (community space) and galleria.
The first building is three-storeys and houses a library, council chambers and both municipal and administration offices. The second is two-storeys which contains both community and family service areas and flex-use space. The Centre also has a 400-stall, two-level, underground parkade as well as retail space and a cafeteria that encourage community living in the County's revolutionary central development.
