Enterprise Square is now a vibrant part of Edmonton's downtown landscape. The original building (Edmonton's Hudson's Bay building), constructed in 1894, is listed as one of the city's Class "A" historic resources. Recently acquired by the University of Alberta, the building required extensive renovations to meet the needs of its users. Our crews added a fourth floor and adjoined the separate buildings to create a bright, open atrium. The development modernized and expanded the landmark, all the while preserving its historical significance and many original features as well.
