This project included the renovatng the existing two-storey building plus basement into a training centre and student residence. Two additional floors of student residence were added.
The main floor of the building includes administration offices, classrooms and a resource area. The remaining 3 floors contain student residences. The rooftop features an outside deck and common area. A new curtain wall enclosed stair/elevator was built to service all floors to add to the cladding exterior for a modern contemporary look.
