Provide overall on-site administrative and technical management on construction project site.

Responsible and authoritative for all site activities regarding the efficient and safe production for all aspects and phases of the assigned project.

The Superintendent reports to the Vice President, Construction.

Experience

5 years plus experience in a senior management role. - thorough knowledge of all aspects of construction including but not limited to: materials, equipment, trade agreements, jurisdiction, negotiations, engineering, cost control, schedules, QA/QC and safety required.

Comments

Environmental aspects (weather, heights, etc.) play an important role for this position since one is often outdoors.

Skills

Excellent communication, organizational and supervisory skills are essential.

Training / Education

Journeyman trade certificate.
