The County of Lac La Biche has selected Clark Builders as the Construction Manager for the new Lac La Biche Multiplex. This 215,000 sq.ft. recreational facility will house two NHL-size ice arenas (each seating 250 people and one incorporating an additional 500 seats in metal bleachers), two indoor field houses, and a fitness/wellness centre. It also provides space for the boxing club, various lease spaces for private enterprise, a family lounge, child play space, a four sheet curling facility, and four archery lanes. Clark Builders looks forward to working with the County of Lac La Biche to deliver their new facility in May of 2011, which promises to serve the community for many years to come.
