Completed in six phases of construction, the superstructure comprised of 340,000 sq.ft of building and related siteworks. Construction included the demolition of the existing Sportex, building a new exposition space, build new administration facility and meeting rooms and kitchens. New construction also included loading docks and sitework for the Capital Ex grounds.
