Stollery Children's Hospital Play Castle

Designed in-house by our Special Projects team, this medieval-inspired play castle is an oasis for children of all ages and the proceeds of its sale have gone to support the wonderful work that goes on every day at the Stollery Children’s Hospital.
Our project team thought from a child’s perspective in developing the 13’ high, two-storey structure which features child-sized windows and doors complemented by a fireplace and built-in storage bench.
“It was a wonderful experience for us to give our time and expertise in benefit of an organization that gives so much to our community,” said Todd Johnson, project manager.
Team Clark members from both on-site operations and the office joined together and volunteered hundreds of hours to create the castle and share experiences in the process.
The castle was auctioned off at the hospital foundation’s Snowflake Gala.
