Completed in two phases, Clark Builders completed a renovation and expansion of Yellowknife's largest full-service hotel. Phase I was a top-to-bottom renovation of the existing 85-room hotel along with a complete dining room, lounge and lobby renovation. All took place while keeping the hotel fully functional. This brought this hotel up to southern standards and can easily be put into the same class as many 4 and 5 star hotels in southern climates
Phase II included the construction of six additional floors off an existing west wing, adding 60 rooms. Each room is complete with its own heating/cooling system internet connection, seating area, queen-size beds with down duvets, crown moulding, vinyl wall coverings, and custom wall-to-wall carpeting.
