Situated on the University of Alberta Campus, this 12-storey concrete high-rise student residence houses 416 individual bedrooms each with a small washroom. In addition, it is home to 20 guest suites, three lounges per floor, meeting and banquet facilities, a food court, gymnasium and additional gathering spaces. Exterior finishes are a combination of split/smooth face masonry and curtain wall glass.
