Clark Builders staff receive benefits coverage through Merit Contractors Association, a not-for-profit serving many of Alberta's open shop contractors. Administered by Mercon, this coverage is comprehensive, cost-effective, portable and specifically designed for construction. Ownership

Since February 2005, Clark Builders has invited eligible employees to share in the company's success by purchasing shares. Employees who accept this voluntary offer have added incentive to contribute their best effort and ideas for the good of the team, coupled with the satisfaction of benefiting personally from the results. For company founders, the program enables orderly transfer of ownership to members of the team who have proven their ability to carry Clark Builders' good name into the next generation.
