		  <title>Summer Labourers</title>

		  		Competition: 168		  		Location: Edmonton, AB		  		&lt;p&gt;The summer positions will be from May-August.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Load and unload construction materials, and move materials to work areas.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Erect/install and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring and barricades required at construction sites. &lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Mix, pour and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt. Assist tradespersons such as carpenters, and cement finishers in construction activities. &lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Level earth to fine grade specifications using rake and shovel.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Assist demolishing buildings using prying bars and other tools, and sort, clean, and pile salvaged materials.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites using rakes, shovels, wheelbarrows and other equipment. &lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Operate pneumatic hammers, vibrators and tampers as directed. &lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Tend or feed machines or equipment used in construction such as mixers, compressors and pumps. &lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Clean up chemical spills and other contaminants and remove other hazardous materials.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Direct traffic at or near construction sites.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;ol&gt;&lt;/ol&gt;		  		Skills: &lt;p&gt;The ability to stand, crouch and kneel for long periods of time. Manual dexterity, balance for working on scaffolding. To solve arithmetic problems quickly and accurately. The ability to operate required equipment in a safe and responsible manner. 		  <title>CBR Tool Attendant</title>

		  		Competition: 156		  		Location: Edmonton, AB		  		&lt;p&gt;The Tool Attendant is responsible for the inspection, cleaning, repairing, coordinating third party repairs and warehousing of all CB Resources rental equipment.  This position will require mostly bench work/repairs of smaller hand tools.  The Tool Attendant is required to work both indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions and may be required to travel to site on occasion.  The Tool Attendant monitors inventory as well as tool trends/repairs and reports them to the Warehouse Supervisor.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt; The Tool Attendant position reports directly to the Manager, CB Resources with a dotted line relationship to the Warehouse Supervisor.&lt;/p&gt;		  		Skills: &lt;p&gt; Inspect all tools to ensure they are in good working condition.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Tags all returned tools with a red tag.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Tags all rental ready equipment with a green tag after it has been checked over.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Stock and organize all parts, keeping parts inventory to a minimum.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Clean all tools and put away in proper storage area/location.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Perform minor tool repairs as necessary.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Send out tools for major repairs as necessary.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Organize and maintain cleanliness of tool crib.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Assist other warehouse staff with picking orders, receiving returns and maintain accurate and neat paperwork.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Communicate with Purchaser on problem tools or trends.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Organize a safe and clean working area.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Perform additional job related assignments as directed by supervisor.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Adhere to Clark Builders’ policies and procedures.&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;p&gt;In general, Metal Building System Erectors:&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;li&gt;Unload and stack steel units so each piece can be hoisted as needed&lt;/li&gt;
