Safety Coordinator

inspects worksites and prepares report of findings with recommendations for corrective actions.
tests working areas for noise, toxic, and other chemical and physical hazards, using industrial hygiene monitoring equipment.
specifies the design and quality of personal protective equipment and prescribes standards for their use.
Maintains knowledge of jurisdictional, company and client HSE requirements and standards.
reviews present and proposed work practices to ensure they are in compliance with established standards.
investigates accidents to ascertain causes for use in recommending preventive measures and developing HSE program revisions, as necessary.
Assists in educating workers about practices, precautions, and procedures to control exposure to unhealthful materials.
provides/develops HSE training aimed at regulatory and procedural compliance.
conducts HSE Management training for supervisory and management personnel.
Observes workers to determine compliance with respective HSE policies and procedures.

Communication Coordinator
