Clark Builders is proud to serve as the General Contractor IPD Partner for the Kamloops Centre for the Arts (KCA), a transformative project being delivered through an Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) model. This new cultural hub is set to energize downtown Kamloops, driving economic development, supporting population growth, and enriching the city’s thriving arts community.
The four-storey, ~120,000 square-foot Music Hall will be home to the Kamloops Symphony and will host a diverse range of arts and community events. The scope of the project includes integrating the adjacent Kelson Hall, enhancing offsite infrastructure, and constructing administration and office space for both the Kamloops Centre for the Arts Society and other resident organizations.
