Project Description
With three other warehouses completed in the High Plains Industrial Park, this one is by far the largest warehouse constructed by Clark Builders at over 1,200,000 square feet. The structure includes piles, grade beams, structural steel, precast walls and IMP panels along with a ballasted EPDM roof.
Clark Builders Metals Group self-performed the insulated metal panels.
Additional work includes the interior tenant fit-out for Lowes Canada.
