This project consists of the demolition of the existing rental building and a new build of 85 units in a six-storey market/non-market rental development. The new building includes one level of underground parking with service spaces, mechanical and electrical rooms, recycling and garbage rooms, bike storage and storage lockers. Clark Builders completed preconstruction services, where we worked diligently with the Client and Consultant through cost plan iterations and design development.
