An Employee Recognition Program with an assortment of initiatives and rewards designed to highlight and celebrate our people’s talent, efforts, and contributions to living Our Purpose.
As part of celebrating our people and in response to the Kincentric Survey, we are launching a new employee recognition program. There are three initiatives to this program, and they are:
Clark Stars Spotlights: 2-4 individual “Clark Stars” are recognized monthly with a prize package worth $100.
All Stars Team Celebration: 1 team is recognized monthly through a catered lunch, appreciation gift, and dedicated raffle.
Clark Stars Spotlights: This is recognition of an individual and their contributions to CBGOC. The Clark Stars Spotlights will highlight 2-4 individuals a month (to a maximum of 5 Spotlights per month), and each highlighted individual will receive a Celebration Box, worth $100.
All Stars Team Celebrations: This is recognition of a team and their contributions to CBGOC. The All Stars Team Celebrations will highlight 1 team a month, and each highlighted team will receive a catered lunch, a gift for each team member, and the chance to win a great prize in a dedicated raffle.
Anyone who is a CBGOC employee can be recognized! We want to celebrate the team members who embody our values and our purpose, who build up their team by being a great team builder, who strive to go above and beyond to bring Clark Builders up. Basically, anyone who you feel deserves to be celebrated should be celebrated.
