Project Description
The Agrium CNO Office Building was built to move non-process staff outside of the plant area. The office building is 34,000 sq. ft. including the 5,700 sq. ft. laboratory. Within this 2-storey building, there are enough offices to accommodate 125 staff members. The scope of work included a “safe haven room” for plant emergencies, construction of roads, site trailer pads, fencing, and the installation of power and water sanitary lines, fire water and fibre optics from the plant.
