Centre in the Park

To call the Centre in the Park a multi-purpose campus is an understatement. This LEED® Gold project combines a 2-storey library, 3-storey administration area and council chamber, 3-storey “flex space” area housing offices, an art gallery, restaurant, retail space and an agora, all interconnected by a galleria. A glazed curtain wall system was used to allow natural light into the building, while highly efficient mechanical and electrical systems reduce operational costs. A two-level, 400 stall underground parking area completes the project.
