The Stoneycreek Village project consisted of building an upscale retail and office development with parking on both the surface level and underground. Steel-frame construction was used in developing the structures. The unusual design used for the cast-in-place concrete parkade leveled the sloping site and provided structure to above-ground buildings. To maximize usage of the structure and space, additional retail units were built atop the development’s grocery store.
Cladding, self-performed by Clark Builders, included an exterior wall system of 4 ft thick vertically installed architectural foam panels in three selected, custom colours
