Project Description

This LEED® standard project, now known as the 1010 Centre is an important part of the Mustard Seed’s Ten Year Plan to end homelessness in Calgary. The bottom two floors of the 12-storey concrete tower contains two floors of mixed-use space, while the top 10-storeys contain 224 residential suites. A stylish terrazzo staircase in the main atrium acts as an architectural highlight and runs next to a wall bearing the names of donors who made the project possible. Residents can access a patio, community kitchen, breakout rooms, a computer lab and underground parking.
