The Edmonton International Airport North Tower Redevelopment is a 63,000 square foot modernization project that will strengthen operational efficiency at one of Canada’s major airports.
The project includes life safety upgrades, building envelope improvements, elevator modernization, interior enhancements, and system upgrades to support future tenant fit-outs. Delivered through a Stipulated Price contract model, the redevelopment reflects a strong partnership with Edmonton Airports and Avatex, demonstrating a shared commitment to innovation and excellence in aviation infrastructure.
Located in one of the airport’s most visible areas, the North Tower Redevelopment will strengthen Edmonton’s role as a regional travel hub and provide the community with an upgraded terminal experience.
