We’re excited to share that Clark Builders has joined Inclusion Alberta’s Dream Maker Society as part of our ongoing commitment to diversity and inclusion. We have supported Inclusion Alberta’s Rotary Employment Partnership for several years by hiring individuals with developmental disabilities. These individuals have made a tremendous impact to our teams, our projects, and our entire organization.
We were thrilled when Inclusion Alberta approached us years ago to hire a person with a disability for one of our construction sites. At Clark Builders, we believe everyone should be given the opportunity to reach their full potential and experience job satisfaction. And we understand that everyone has skills and limitations, and it just depends on how you utilize people’s unique talents and ambitions that result in success.
