Clark Builders is pleased to announce that we’ve been accepted as members of the Canadian Council for Aboriginal Business’s (CCAB) Aboriginal Procurement Champions Group.
The Aboriginal Procurement Champion Group is a key element of CCAB’s Aboriginal Procurement Strategy, aiming to create an unprecedented, national approach to Aboriginal supplier diversity, and working closely with leaders from the business community to serve as Aboriginal Procurement Champions.
CCAB’s Supply Change™ consists of a 5-pillar procurement strategy aimed at overcoming social economic barriers and strengthening connections between corporate Canada, Government, and Indigenous businesses from coast to coast.
As members of the Aboriginal Procurement Champions program, Clark Builders now has access to Canada’s largest directory of Certified Aboriginal Businesses via CCAB’s Supply Change™ program. This will allow us to increase our partnerships with Indigenous business owners and demonstrate our commitment to reconciliation, while continuing to expand our own procurement practices.
