The Nourish Centre

Sherwood Park, Alberta

Project Description

The Strathcona Food Bank is a long-standing pillar of the Strathcona community and a vital partner in the fight against food insecurity in the county. More than a traditional food bank, the Nourish Centre will offer a welcoming, grocery-store style experience where individuals can shop for essentials with dignity. This model not only ensures access to nutritious food but also respects diverse cultural traditions and dietary needs, fostering a sense of inclusion and belonging.

The new facility will feature:

  • A Food Distribution Pantry
  • A Community Kitchen Area
  • Warehouse Space
  • Administrative Offices

Once complete, the Nourish Centre will serve as a dynamic hub for both community and volunteers, advancing food security while strengthening connections and resilience.

This project reflects Clark Builders’ commitment to creating spaces that leave a lasting impact and empower the communities we serve.
