The IBM Western Leadership Data Centre is a LEED® Silver–certified, Tier III facility designed to support high-performance, mission-critical operations with long-term flexibility.
The facility includes approximately 15,000 square feet of data centre space, with 10,000 square feet of raised floor capacity designed for high-density computing at 100 watts per square foot. The infrastructure supports a total UPS load of 1,000 kW, providing reliable power for enterprise-level operations.
Supporting spaces include contiguous tape suites, offices, security and network control rooms, shipping and receiving, staging areas, laboratories, and building operations facilities. A modular design approach allows future expansion and infrastructure upgrades to be completed without disrupting live IT operations.
Delivered with stringent security, commissioning, and access protocols, the project provides a resilient, scalable data centre environment aligned with the evolving demands of digital infrastructure.
