We bid a fond farewell to Brad Regier, our esteemed Chief Operating Officer, as he retires after a remarkable 21-year journey with Clark Builders. Brad has been a cornerstone of our success, leaving a legacy in our broader organization and especially in the Calgary community. We extend our heartfelt gratitude for his exceptional service and dedication.

With over two decades of experience in the construction industry, Kim Connell has been elevated to the role of Senior Vice President, Development and Strategy. Kim will drive our strategic positioning, marketing and brand management, external engagement, revenue management, growth initiatives, and preconstruction services. Kim's expertise and unwavering commitment align seamlessly with our mission to deliver unparalleled value to our clients.
Randy Kyrzyk, another distinguished team member, has been promoted to Senior Vice President, Operations. Randy's primary focus will be overseeing and ensuring operational excellence across our entire business landscape. He will lead efforts to enhance operational performance, nurture talent development, deliver best-in-class project management services, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to further elevate our organization's capabilities.
Andrew Ross, as Chief Executive Officer, will continue to lead the entire organization, providing direct oversight of our leadership teams in Human Resources, Safety & Wellness, Risk, NorthStar Equipment Rentals, Finance, and Information Services.
Steve Lenarduzzi, as President of our company will hold overall accountability for Clark Builders’ financial and operational performance. This includes business continuity, risk mitigation, revenue generation, and fostering growth.
