Loblaws Headquarters Data Centre & Office Fit-Out

Brampton, ON

Project Description

The Loblaws Headquarters Data Centre and Office Fit-Out is a 125,000 square foot mission-critical facility purpose-built to support the operational, technological, and workplace needs of one of Canada’s largest retailers. Located at Loblaw’s corporate headquarters in Brampton, the project integrates advanced data centre infrastructure with a flexible, high-performing office environment.

The Tier III data centre includes 25,000 square feet of white space and is engineered to support a 3.3 MW critical load. Designed for future growth, the facility accommodates an expansion to 6.75 MW of critical load, allowing the infrastructure to scale with evolving business and technology requirements. Robust structural systems and integrated building automation support resilience, efficiency, and uninterrupted performance.

Complementing the data centre is a comprehensive office fit-out designed to support productivity, collaboration, and employee well-being. The workplace features a mix of open work areas, private offices, boardrooms, and meeting rooms, along with shared amenities such as a front lobby, café space, and integrated storage. Landscaping and outdoor elements contribute to a cohesive environment.

Together, the data centre and office components create a secure, scalable, and high-performance facility that supports Loblaw’s current operations while providing long-term adaptability.
