Career Skills Centre

Edmonton, Alberta

Project Description

Clark Builders is leading preconstruction services for the proposed NorQuest College’s new Career Skills Centre—a transformative facility designed to prepare learners for Alberta’s evolving workforce.

In collaboration with NorQuest College and GEC Architecture, the team is advancing the design, costing, and planning to make this bold vision construction ready. Located in downtown Edmonton, the Centre will become a modern, inclusive hub for hands-on learning, bringing together diverse, purpose-built training spaces to support healthcare, business, and technology programs while expanding NorQuest’s capacity to deliver future-ready education.

Designed as a living lab for applied learning, the facility will feature classrooms, labs, and collaboration spaces that foster real-world experience and community connection. Targeting LEED Silver and Rick Hansen Foundation Accessibility certification, the Career Skills Centre reflects NorQuest’s commitment to inclusive future-ready education and our shared dedication to building spaces that strengthen communities.
