Paul First Nation Waste Transfer Station

Duffield, Alberta

Project Description

In collaboration with Indigenous Service Canada's initiative to enhance solid waste transfer infrastructure, this project successfully achieved its objectives. The scope of work encompassed various critical tasks, including site grading, geotextile fabric installation, and the placement of 70,000 square feet of granular fill. Additionally, the project involved the installation of fencing and a sturdy concrete retaining wall, ensuring the site's security and stability.

Our team also undertook the construction of essential structures such as a wood-framed waste shed, a pre-engineered vehicle storage building, and the installation of bollards and parking curbs. These additions provide functional spaces and necessary infrastructure to facilitate waste management operations effectively.

Throughout the project, a significant portion of the work focused on earthwork activities, ensuring the site's proper preparation and optimal conditions for the subsequent construction phases.
