Project Description

The Ritchie Bros Auction facility project provides 2,000 square feet of new space that ties in to the existing 1,500 square foot facility, which was renovated by Clark Builders at the same time. The Clark Builders team also improved the existing facility, completing miscellaneous projects throughout. Along with the addition and renovation of the main facility, a new 3,500 square foot heavy equipment wash bay was also added. 

Construction was completed with the owner maintaining day-to-day operations.
