Edmonton, AB—Clark Builders has been selected by Edmonton Airports’ construction manager Avatex Group of Companies through a competitive bidding process to deliver the Edmonton International Airport (YEG) North Tower Redevelopment, a major modernization that will strengthen operational resilience and pave the way for future terminal improvements at one of Canada’s key airports.
Delivered through a Stipulated Price contract, the 63,000 square foot project includes life safety upgrades, building envelope improvements, elevator modernization, refreshed interior spaces, and infrastructure to support future tenant fit-outs.
Positioned in a highly visible area of the terminal, the North Tower Redevelopment will require polished execution, strong collaboration, safety leadership, and proactive communication to ensure seamless integration within an active airport environment.
This redevelopment represents an important investment in the continued growth of Edmonton’s aviation sector and the modernization of facilities that serve the region’s travellers, businesses, and communities.
