Clark Builders to Build Glenmore Protective Services Campus

Ground has officially been broken on the Glenmore Protective Services Campus—a transformative project that will strengthen Kelowna’s growing community with modern fire and rescue facilities.

Replacing the aging Glenmore Fire Hall No. 5, the new campus will feature:

  • A 25,000 sq. ft. Fire Station with four double-length apparatus bays, accommodation for full-time Fire Department teams, and dedicated training spaces.
  • A 9,500 sq. ft. Central Okanagan Search & Rescue (COSAR) facility to enhance regional coordination and specialized rescue efforts.

Delivered through Integrated Project Delivery (IPD), this project brings together the City of Kelowna, hcma architecture + design, WSP, Chapman Mechanical, Westcana Electric, and True Consulting, along with other talented subcontractors and community stakeholders.

We’re excited to collaborate on a facility that will strengthen emergency services and serve the people of Kelowna and Central Okanagan Region for years to come.
