Southgate Audi

This Southgate Audi project included site development and the construction, renovation, and addition of buildings to the Southgate business area. The primary objectives were to enhance the existing infrastructure and improve the overall facilities. Key components of the project included the construction of an extended shop area, the addition of new vehicle delivery bays, expansion of the parts area, installation of an additional car wash, and interior renovations.

To ensure the highest quality of craftsmanship and materials, Clark Builders enlisted their in-house architectural products experts who provided aluminum composite panels and exterior finishes. 

The extended shop area provided a larger space for accommodating increased inventory and facilitating improved customer service. The new vehicle delivery bays were designed to streamline the delivery process, ensuring a seamless experience for both staff and customers. The expanded parts area aimed to enhance storage capabilities and accessibility for parts and components, enabling smoother operations and quicker response times.
